Rental Deposits: a Date Reservation Deposit of $50 will be required at the time of rental in order to secure your date. The Date Reservation Deposit will be applied towards your total rental fee.
Damage Deposit: An additional Damage Deposit of $100 is required. All damage deposit checks will be cashed upon receipt. Refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) business days after a walk through has been completed. All or part of the Damage Deposit may be withheld due to non-compliance of the Community Building's Rules and Regulations and/or to cover the costs of actual damage done to the property.
Cleaning Deposit: An additional Cleaning Deposit of $150 is required. Cleaning must be completed according to the cleaning checklist. Unsatisfactory completion of the cleaning checklist will result in forfeiture of the entire cleaning deposit.
Exempt from Fees: City Departments, Boards and Commissions, Civic Groups, Fundraisers and Benefits, Local youth or Church groups, Celebration of Life or post-funeral gatherings for those with a 51535 zip code, or groups otherwise defined in Community Building Policy/Procedure 001 shall be exempt from rental fees and deposits.

Please note: Saturday and Sunday are subject to Weekend Rates. Monday through Friday are subject to Weekday Rates. Renters with a 51535 zip code will receive a 25% discount. The Rental Fee includes the use of the kitchen, kitchen utensils, kitchen equipment, all tables and chairs.
